Increasing demand for specialised modified Asphalt road products are now a daily requirement. A rapid growth has been noticed in the field of rubber granulate in combination with an elastomer/polymer.

The company GENAN with the product Road+ selected Benninghoven as their partner to develop a specialised dosing system to control both products.

The unit comes complete with 2 surge hoppers where the different materials are stored. The materials are dosed into a weigh hopper by two individual screw conveyors.
After the weighing process is accurately completed,  the materials are blown together to a surge hopper located at the weighing section of the asphalt plant. The excessive air is released by a cyclone system. The perfect distribution across the whole width of the mixer generates an excellent  homogenous product.
